Why choose Crisp? Adobe Live Chat
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, why we changed, and the way it is possible to make the perfect decision for your company and startup too. You will understand how to compare live chats and which metrics could be important for you also. Adobe Live Chat
How was that choice made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature on the market, we also found Crisp through Producthunt. After we’ve made a Spreadsheet with multiple live chat sellers, we identified that the core feature and metrics we were searching for.
What did we use before?
We’ve Used multiple other live chat before, which somehow shifted their focus from a live conversation to a”all in one company suite”. Their live chat still works, but metrics which are significant for us were eliminated. We have used those metrics for our yearly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and much more. After we had been in for four weeks those metrics disappeared and were replaced with other metrics. We’ve obtained a leaderboard for our staff members, which we didn’t use because we’re looking for quality service and not quantity as well as the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. Our choice was clear at that moment: we needed to proceed.
We found 14 days background, 30 days History and unlimited history (for higher plans this is common), here the price scaling was interesting. All live chats we tried had that attribute, a few at higher price tagsothers combined with a poorly executed search feature, and so the background wasn’t accessible. Together with Crisp, the unlimited history is already available with their original paid plan, and it not only ships with a fair price tag, also their hunt works exceptionally well.
How many contacts do we want?
We tried to answer that Question with another question”how many clients will chat with us” – and that was incorrect – we made that mistake once. We can not limit on the connections we make because we really wish to make contact with all of them. Unlimited contacts was exactly what we were looking for (at an affordable price label ). What we found were chats with 100 active contacts for $0/month which was quite pleasant, we climbed up that a little to 1,000 active contacts and the price tag switched from $0/m to ~$125/m or more (~$500/m). We’ve had that experience of cost scaling for most of the solutions. As we did exactly the Exact Same contact metric test for Crisp we watched something different:
So at Crisp, you don’t scale by usage – which is huge! They think the same way we do in Storyblok, we don’t wish to limit the consumer to the use of the machine (eg. Content entries or entries ), we would like to scale as their staff scales. So at Crisp you select a program and you may scale the amounts from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or more) with the same price tag.
Trigger events / messages
Automated triggers are used to Send a particular message on predefined events, eg. “a guest is on the same site for over 30 seconds”. Those triggers are a fantastic method to help your viewers with queries they could have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, possibly something is not covered in the FAQ section. This component can be found in most solutions we analyzed and mainly available in the first paid plan.
Ability to send campaign messages
From Time to Time we send emails Utilizing our live chat. We think that it’s a fantastic way to retarget our viewers because we ought to be able to send relevant content based on some metrics those live talks provide. In all honesty, we are not sending many mails, because we also hate spam on the side. So we like to send certain emails to particular target groups and again: we really like the execution in the Crisp customer. It’s straightforward and satisfied our needs at a reasonable price tag.
Amount of agents
The agent chairs is kinda Interesting, it is something you can control. You could choose 1 account for the whole group (which is cheap with the majority of solutions), or you could go for a single chair for each team member. Since we like to have this personal approach to our customers the idea of using one account for the whole team was dropped immediately. We have started to compare the first paid program against the majority of the high tier plans to observe the way the price scales again. The greatest costs we discovered were about ~$155/m per seat where the range was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a look at Crisp again and saw their highest bundle has unlimited agents seats included. Additionally, their free plan allowed 2 representatives, which was great for analyzing. Adobe Live Chat
Everybody loves integrations. Integrations to Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations into the main stations. We do not actually use integrations that much, but the one we use the maximum is with Slack. Slack is the main communication tool in our business, we use it on a daily basis and included most of our tools – so we focused on how they operate and function with Slack. We analyzed some of them and many are actually working quite well. We found one that has enormous delays when messaging from and to Slack that was a no-go for us. We reported that difficulty to them, but we do not know if they changed it since we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications arrived immediately and the entire setup was done in a few minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To communicate with your customers. From sales to client support, Crisp is made to keep your workflow easy. From live chat to email, Crisp provides one station to reply to your users using a simple team inbox where you can manage all of your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp really Ships with the focus on that chat experience for your clients. Which is exactly what we were looking for as we evaluated other alternatives.
This one is tricky. If you browse The last few points you saw that we contrasted the lower tier programs and attribute together with the highest tier plans, some are cheap at the start and be costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months now, and switched from a competition because of the pricey”ending” and those attribute we did not need but might have to cover. We’re pleased to state that we believe we have the very best match for us, perhaps it will fit as nicely for you. We found that the list of 8 facets above is all you want to find your own best fit.
We made contact with unbelievable Fantastic people (thank You!) And businesses all around the globe. We might have had the same experience with other live discussions too, but the price combined with the feature set Crisp does offer, we would and do recommend it to all of customers who are looking for a live chat . We have updated to the Crisp unlimited plan a while ago, and are thankful we made that choice.
