It’s a free tool to help You track and talk to clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most that in real time. To begin a journey with this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I assume this is what prospective clients like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I have to say that it’s very neat. A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on chat. You may easily get back in contact with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, so the customer can receive your responds right to their Facebook. JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also offer reports that track the level of your customer service.
In terms of the Plan, The entire website looks very nice and I may even say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There is 1 thing which confused me when I was on the primary site , I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I realized that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody online chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For companies who are searching for a standard live chat solution, it truly will come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (only) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market for a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you?
