How was that decision made?
Taking a Look at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we have made a Spreadsheet with multiple live chat sellers, we defined the core feature and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use previously?
We have Used multiple other live chat before, which somehow shifted their attention from a live chat to a”all in 1 business suite”. This one is tricky.
