Concerning the Plan, The entire site looks really nice and I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There’s one thing that confused me though: when I was on the primary site I clicked on the chat window three days, until I understood that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone on discussion!
