A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people can leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the website, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on discussion. You can easily get back in contact with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo won’t make you switch between the programs to reply. All messages from social networks appear right in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile program.
