It is a free tool to help You monitor and speak with clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most that in actual time. To start a journey with this live chat instrument, all I have to do is to click on the sign button.

A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they’re stating:”Chat is convenient for accompanying clients on the site, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available on chat. You can easily get back in touch with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo will not make you switch between the apps to reply. All messages out of social networks appear right in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular app.
Another of their Additions is the Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat support to your Android and iOS native apps. If your clients are spending a lot of time searching through your store on mobile, they will surely find it very convenient.
If that’s not sufficient, They are throwing an API for developers, which is the entire documentation programmers can use if they want to integrate JivoChat with their own app or CRM solution.
JivoChat do not have a lot Of integrations yet but they have been on the market just for 4 years — and this thing takes resources and time.
They provide basic Integrations for both small and medium companies. For example: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they have Incorporated with Shopify, which is a great news for all e-commerce businesses. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, what’s more, their expansion is ordered by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Important devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more satisfied, they also offer reports which monitor the level of your customer services.
In terms of the Plan, The entire site looks really nice and that I may even say that UX does not lack in that department. There’s one thing which confused me though: when I was on the main site , I clicked on the chat window three days, before I understood that I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The great news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody online chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who’re searching for a standard live chat option, it actually will come for a fair price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for it! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market for a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you?
