It’s a free tool to help You track and speak with customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I presume this is what prospective customers like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I have to say that it’s very neat. JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I figure, the one thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You have only two plans: one is very basic and another one might be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Call Back Feature
A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying clients on the site, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You may easily get back in touch with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. In regards to you as a broker, Jivo will not force you to change between the programs to answer. All messages from social networks appear right in the JivoChat desktop or mobile app.

Concerning the design, The whole website looks really nice and I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There’s one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the conversation window three days, until I understood I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone on chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who’re searching for a standard live chat option, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (just ) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you?
