Let’s start with JivoChat’s home page. As a major fan of green and that’s connected to nature, a foliage over their emblem and green background immediately made me feel calm. Well played, JivoChat! Change Design
Their main slogan is: “Turn your website traffic into paying customers with JivoChat.”
It’s a free tool to help You monitor and speak with clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in actual time. To begin a journey with this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I assume this is what prospective clients like best: reductions!
What I enjoyed about the Signing up process is I could see just how many measures are still left. Here’s a fast preview of the last measure, installing your JivoChat code.
After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it is quite neat. There’s the Inbox section, accessible in the app’s sidebar — there territory all of the incoming requests from your customers. JivoChat provides two Pricing plans. The basic version costs nothing. It is permanently free and it includes up to 5 agents. It offers customizable chat in 20 languages, various apps (including mobile and desktop ) and 24”7customer support.

JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the only thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. You’ve just two plans: one is quite basic and the other one may be insufficient if you’re working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on your needs. Change Design
A Wonderful addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they are saying:”Chat is convenient for delicately accompanying clients on the website, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on chat. You can easily get back in contact with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can receive your responds right to their Facebook. In regards to you as an agent, Jivo won’t force you to switch between the apps to reply. All messages out of social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile app.
Another of the Additions is your Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat service to your Android and iOS native programs. If your customers are spending a great deal of time searching through your store on mobile, they will surely find it very convenient.
If that is not sufficient, They are throwing an API for developers, that’s the whole documentation developers can use if they would like to integrate JivoChat using their own app or CRM solution.
JivoChat do not have a lot Of integrations yet but they have been on the industry only for 4 decades — and this thing takes resources and time.
They offer basic Integrations for both small and medium companies. For example: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they have Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, more importantly, their expansion is ordered by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Important devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and also to keep their clients even more satisfied, they also offer reports that monitor the quality of your customer service.
Concerning the design, The whole website looks really nice and that I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing that confused me though: when I had been on the main site , I clicked on the chat window three times, until I understood I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody on chat!
The conclusion of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who’re looking for a standard live chat option, it truly will come for a fair price.
But don’t take (only) my Word for it! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market for a bigger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they are Excellent in what they provide, and I believe They will be scaling and providing other programs using a larger range of features To satisfy their future customers. Change Design
