Let Us start with JivoChat’s home page. As a major fan of green and all that’s connected to nature, a leaf above their logo and green backdrop immediately made me feel calm. Well played, JivoChat! Chat Analytics

It’s a free tool to help You track and talk to customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most that in real time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I have to do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I assume this is what prospective customers like best: discounts!

JivoChat comes in a fair Price. I figure, the one thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You have just two plans: one is very basic and the other one might be insufficient if you’re working with enterprises businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that people could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their site they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for delicately accompanying clients on the site, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on chat. You may easily get back in touch with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can get your responds right to their Facebook. JivoChat works across all Important devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also offer reports that monitor the quality of your customer services.
Concerning the Plan, The whole website looks very nice and that I can even say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There is 1 thing which confused me though: when I was on the main websiteI clicked on the conversation window three days, until I realized I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that if I wanted something, there was always someone online chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its job. For companies who are searching for a basic live chat solution, it truly does come for a fair price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a larger solution or maybe it is going to be just perfect For you? I think that they’re Excellent in what they offer, and I believe They’ll be scaling and supplying different plans using a wider range of attributes To satisfy their future clients. Chat Analytics
