You have only two plans: one is quite basic and the other one might be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. A nice addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can receive your responds right for their Facebook. Concerning the design, The entire website looks really nice and I can also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing that confused me though: when I was on the primary websiteI clicked on the chat window three times, until I realized I want to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The excellent news is that if I needed something, there was always somebody online chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For companies who’re looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly will come for a fair price.
