Why choose Crisp? Chat Espanol
In this article I’ll cover our Expertise with Crisp, why we changed, and the way you can make the right choice for your company and startup too. You may know how to compare live talks and that metrics might be significant for you too. Chat Espanol
How was that decision made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature on the market, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we have made a Spreadsheet with multiple live chat vendors, we defined the core feature and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We have Used several other live chat earlier, which somehow shifted their focus from a live conversation to an”all in 1 company suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics that are significant for us were removed. We’ve used those metrics for our yearly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and more. After we had been in for four weeks those metrics disappeared and were replaced with other metrics. We’ve got a leaderboard for our staff members, which we didn’t use because we are looking for quality service rather than quantity as well as the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. So our choice was clear at the moment: we had to move on.
We found 14 times background, 30 days History and unlimited history (for greater plans that this is common), also here the price scaling was interesting. All live talks we attempted had this feature, some at higher price tagsothers combined with a poorly executed search feature, therefore the background wasn’t available. Together with Crisp, the unlimited history is currently available with their first paid program, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, but also their search works astoundingly well.
How many connections do we want?
First, we tried to answer that Question with another question”how many clients will talk with us” – and that has been incorrect – we made that mistake already once. We can’t restrict on the connections we create because we really wish to earn contact with all of them. Unlimited contacts was exactly what we were searching for (at an affordable price tag). What we discovered were discussions with 100 active contacts for $0/month which was quite pleasant, we scaled that up a little to 1,000 active contacts along with the price tag shifted from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We have had that experience of price scaling for most of the solutions. As we did exactly the same contact metric test for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you do not scale by use – that is huge! They think the same way we do at Storyblok, we do not want to restrict the consumer to the use of this system (eg. Content entrances or entries ), we want to scale because their staff scales. So at Crisp you choose a plan and you may scale the amounts from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or more) with exactly the same price tag.
Trigger events / messages
Automated triggers are Utilized to Send a specific message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on the exact same site for over 30 seconds”. Those causes are a fantastic way to help your audience with questions they could have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, possibly something is not covered in the FAQ section. This component is available in most solutions we analyzed and largely available in the very first paid plan.
Ability to send campaign emails
From Time to Time we send emails Utilizing our live chat. We think that it’s a good way to retarget our audience because we ought to be able to send pertinent content according to some metrics people live chats offer. To be honest, we are not sending many emails, because we also hate spam on our side. Therefore we like to send certain emails to specific target groups and : we really enjoy the implementation in the Crisp customer. It’s simple and fulfilled our needs at a sensible price tag.
Amount of agents
The agent chairs is kinda Interesting, it’s something that you can control. You could choose 1 accounts for the entire team (which can be cheap with the majority of solutions), or you might go for one chair for every team member. Since we want to get that personal approach to our clients the idea of using one accounts for the whole group was dropped instantly. We’ve begun to compare the very first paid program against most of the high tier plans to observe how the price scales again. The greatest prices we found were about ~$155/m per chair where the range was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a look at Crisp again and found their greatest package has unlimited agents chairs included. Also, their free plan permitted 2 agents, which was excellent for testing. Chat Espanol
Everybody enjoys integrations. Integrations to Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats provide integrations to the key channels. We don’t really use integrations that much, but the one we use the maximum is using Slack. Slack is the main communication tool in our business, we use it on a daily basis and added the majority of our tools – so we focused on how they operate and perform with Slack. We tested some of these and most are actually working quite well. We found one that has enormous delays when messaging from and to Slack which was a no-go for us. We reported that issue to these, but we don’t know if they changed it since we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications arrived immediately and the entire setup was completed in a couple of minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To speak with your customers. From sales to client service, Crisp is designed to maintain your workflow easy. From live chat to email, Crisp offers one station to answer to your users using a very simple team inbox where you are able to manage all your user inquiries.”
From our experience, Crisp actually Ships with all the attention on such chat experience for your clients. That is precisely what we were searching for since we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you read The past few points you saw that we compared the lower grade programs and feature with the highest tier programs, some are economical at the beginning and be expensive as you use them. After using Crisp for six months now, and switched from a competitor because of that expensive”ending” and those feature we didn’t need but would have to cover. We’re pleased to say we think we got the very best fit for us, perhaps it will fit as well for you. We found that the list of 8 aspects above is all you want to find your best fit.
We made contact with unbelievable Fantastic people (thank You!) And companies all around the globe. We might have had the same experience with other live chats too, but the price tag combined with the feature set Crisp does offer, we’d and do recommend it to all clients who are searching for a live discussion themselves. We have updated to the Crisp unlimited plan a while ago, and are glad that we made that choice.
