It is a free tool to help You monitor and talk to customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in actual time. To begin a journey on this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I presume this is what potential clients like best: reductions!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it is quite neat. JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the one thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You’ve only two strategies: one is very basic and another one might not be enough if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. Chat For Your Website
A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that visitors could leave you their number and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re stating:”Chat is convenient for accompanying customers on the website, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available on discussion. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can get your responds right for their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo won’t make you switch between the apps to answer. All messages out of social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop or mobile app.

Recently, they have Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce businesses. It merely proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, what’s more, their growth is dictated by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Important apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and also to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also supply reports which track the quality of your customer service.

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who are looking for a standard live chat solution, it actually does come for a fair price.
But do not take (only) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I believe that they are really good in what they offer, and I believe They will be scaling and supplying other programs using a wider range of attributes To meet their future clients.
