Their main slogan is: “Turn your site traffic into paying clients with JivoChat.”
It’s a free tool to help You monitor and speak with customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in actual time. To begin a journey with this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I assume this is what potential customers like best: reductions!
What I liked about the Signing up procedure is I could see how many steps are still left. Following is a fast preview of the last step, installing your JivoChat code.
Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I have to say that it’s very neat. There’s the Inbox part, available in the program’s sidebar — there land all the incoming requests from your customers. Then, we have a section Chats, where you can view your current conversations. When conversing with your Clients you can quickly check their data this convenient little feature is placed on the correct and it is useful when targeting your clients’ needs. What is more, below we have site visitors department, telling us about all of the folks on our site.
Speaking of visitors on Your site — the”invitation to talk” feature is available only in the Professional Version. It offers you a vast range of options for pop up invitations.
I like the snippet option Included in the application. It permits you to see what a user writers to you until he or she sends it. It creates responding to your clients’ queries much quicker.
Additionally, when a Visitors write a message, an agent get the little pop up on the perfect underside, asking if they want to chat, quick reply or dismiss (which, of course, you should not do! ) .
JivoChat offers two Pricing plans. The basic model costs nothing. It is permanently free and it comprises up to 5 agents. It provides customizable conversation in 20 languages, various apps (including desktop and mobile) and 24”7client service.

JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I figure, the only thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have just two plans: one is very basic and another one might be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Chat Helper
A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying clients on the site, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You can easily get back in contact with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is incorporated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo won’t make you switch between the apps to reply. All messages from social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular program.
Another of the Additions is the Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat support to your Android and iOS native apps. If your clients are spending a lot of time browsing through your shop on mobile, they will surely find it rather convenient.
If that’s not enough, They are throwing an API for developers, which is the entire documentation programmers can use if they would like to incorporate JivoChat using their own app or CRM solution.
JivoChat do not have a great deal Of integrations yet but they have been on the industry just for 4 years — and this thing takes time and resources.
They offer basic Integrations for both small and medium businesses. For instance: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Lately, they have Incorporated with Shopify, which is a great news for all e-commerce businesses. It merely proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, more importantly, their expansion is dictated by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also supply reports which monitor the quality of your customer service.
In terms of the design, The whole website looks really nice and that I can even say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s one thing that confused me when I was on the primary site , I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that if I needed something, there was always somebody online chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who are searching for a basic live chat option, it actually does come for a fair price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for it! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market for a larger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they’re Excellent in what they offer, and I believe They’ll be scaling and providing other programs using a wider range of attributes To meet their future customers. Chat Helper
