Let Us start with JivoChat’s home page. As a major fan of green and that’s connected to nature, a foliage over their logo and green background instantly made me feel calm. Well played, JivoChat! Chat Integration
Their main slogan is: “Turn your site visitors into paying customers with JivoChat.”
It is a free tool to help You track and speak with customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To start a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I must say that it’s quite neat. There is the Inbox section, available in the program’s sidebar — there territory all the incoming requests from the clients. JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I guess, the only thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. You’ve only two strategies: one is very basic and the other one may not be enough if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Chat Integration
A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their website they’re saying:”Chat is convenient for accompanying clients on the site, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook. Concerning the Plan, The entire website looks very nice and that I can even say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There’s 1 thing which confused me though: when I had been on the primary site I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I realized I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody on chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its job. For businesses who’re searching for a standard live chat option, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you? I believe that they’re really good in what they offer, and I believe They’ll be scaling and providing other plans using a wider selection of attributes To meet their future clients. Chat Integration
