A Wonderful addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You may easily get back in contact with your possible leads afterwards.

Concerning the Plan, The whole site looks really nice and I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing which confused me when I was on the primary websiteI clicked on the conversation window three times, until I understood I want to click just on”Chat with us. The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who are looking for a standard live chat option, it actually does come for a fair price.
