It is a free tool to help You monitor and speak with customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in real time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: reductions!
What I enjoyed about the Signing up procedure is that I could see just how many measures are still left. Following is a quick preview of the previous step, installing your JivoChat code.
Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it’s very neat. There’s the Inbox section, available in the app’s sidebar — there territory each the incoming requests from the customers. Then, we have a segment invisibly, where you are able to see your existing discussions. It looks like this:
When chatting with your Customers you can quickly check their information this convenient little attribute is placed on the right and it is invaluable when targeting your clients’ needs. What is more, below we have site visitors department, telling us about each of the people on our website.
Speaking of visitors Your site — the”invitation to chat” feature is available only in the Professional Version. It offers you a vast selection of alternatives for pop up invitations.
I like the snippet alternative Included in the application. It allows you to find out what a user authors to you before he or she sends it. It creates responding to your customers’ queries much faster.
Also, when a Visitors write a message, a broker get the small pop up on the perfect underside, asking if they wish to chat, quick answer or ignore (which, of course, you should not do! ) .
JivoChat offers two Pricing plans. The basic model costs nothing. It is forever free and it comprises up to five agents. It provides customizable conversation in 20 languages, various apps (including mobile and desktop ) and 24”7customer support.

JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the one thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have just two strategies: one is very basic and another one may not be enough if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. Chat Page Facebook
A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their number and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their website they are stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying clients on the site, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available on chat. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook. In regards to you as a broker, Jivo won’t force you to switch between the programs to answer. All messages from social networks appear directly in the JivoChat desktop or mobile app.
Another of the Additions is your Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat support to your Android and iOS native apps. If your customers are spending a lot of time browsing through your shop on cellular, they will definitely find it very convenient.
If that’s not enough, They are throwing an API for developers, that’s the whole documentation programmers can use if they would like to incorporate JivoChat using their own program or CRM solution.
JivoChat don’t have a lot Of integrations yet but they’ve been on the market only for 4 years — and this thing takes time and resources.
They offer basic Integrations for both medium and small businesses. For instance: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Lately, they’ve Incorporated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, more importantly, their growth is ordered by their clients’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also offer reports which monitor the level of your customer services.
In terms of the Plan, The entire site looks very nice and I can also say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There is one thing which confused me though: when I was on the primary websiteI clicked on the chat window three times, until I realized I want to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody on discussion!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For companies who are searching for a standard live chat solution, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (just ) my Word for this! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a larger solution or perhaps it is going to be just perfect For you? I think that they’re really good in what they provide, and I believe They’ll be scaling and supplying different programs with a larger range of features To meet their future customers.
