It’s a free tool to help You monitor and talk to customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in real time. To start a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I was asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: discounts!

A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. JivoChat works across all Important apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also supply reports that track the quality of your customer service.
Concerning the design, The entire website looks really nice and that I may also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is 1 thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the chat window three times, until I realized I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The excellent news is that if I needed something, there was always somebody on chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who are looking for a basic live chat option, it actually will come for a fair price.
But don’t take (only) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a larger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you?
