It is a free tool to help You monitor and speak with clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in actual time. To start a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I assume this is what prospective clients like best: reductions!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I must say that it is quite neat. JivoChat comes in a fair Price. I guess, the only thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. You’ve just two plans: one is quite basic and the other one may be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. Chat Type
A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that people could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their website they are saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the site, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, so the customer can get your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo will not make you switch between the programs to answer. All messages from social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile program.
Another of their Additions is the Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat support to your Android and iOS native programs. If your customers are spending a lot of time browsing through your store on cellular, they will definitely find it rather convenient.

JivoChat don’t have a great deal Of integrations yet but they have been on the industry only for 4 years — and this matter takes time and resources.
They provide basic Integrations for both medium and small businesses. For example: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Lately, they’ve Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, what’s more, their expansion is ordered by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also offer reports that track the quality of your customer service.
Concerning the Plan, The entire website looks very nice and I can also say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There’s one thing which confused me when I had been on the main website, I clicked on the chat window three days, before I realized I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody on discussion!

JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who’re looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly does come for a fair price.

I believe that they’re really good in what they provide, and I believe They will be scaling and providing different programs with a larger selection of features To meet their future customers.
