A Wonderful addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that people can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their site they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying clients on the site, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available on discussion. You can easily get back in touch with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, so the customer can get your responds right for their Facebook. In regards to you as an agent, Jivo will not force you to change between the apps to answer. All messages out of social networks look right in the JivoChat desktop or mobile program.

JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and also to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also offer reports that monitor the level of your customer service.
Concerning the Plan, The entire website looks really nice and I can also say that UX doesn’t lack in that section. There’s 1 thing that confused me though: when I had been on the main site I clicked on the chat window three times, until I realized I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone online chat!
