In terms of the design, The whole website looks really nice and I can even say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There’s one thing which confused me when I had been on the primary website, I clicked on the conversation window three times, before I understood that I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The excellent news is that if I wanted something, there was always someone online discussion!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who are looking for a standard live chat option, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (just ) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market for a bigger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they’re Excellent in what they provide, and I believe They will be scaling and supplying other programs with a wider selection of attributes To meet their future customers.
