After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it is very neat. A nice addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their site they are stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying clients on the site, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available online chat. You can easily get back in contact with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as an agent, Jivo will not make you change between the apps to reply. All messages out of social networks appear right in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile program.
Another of their Additions is the Mobile SDK, which lets you add live chat service to your own Android and iOS native apps. If your clients are spending a lot of time browsing through your store on mobile, they will surely find it very convenient.

Lately, they have Integrated with Shopify, which is a great news for all e-commerce companies. It merely proves JivoChat keeps growing and, what’s more, their growth is ordered by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and also to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also supply reports which track the quality of your customer services.

I believe that they are really good in what they offer, and I believe They’ll be scaling and supplying other programs using a larger selection of features To meet their future customers.
