Why Select Crisp? Crisp Advertising

How was that choice made?
Taking a Look at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we’ve created a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat vendors, we identified that the core attribute and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use previously?
We’ve Used several other live chat earlier, which somehow shifted their attention from a live chat to an”all in 1 business suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics that are important for us were removed. We’ve used those metrics for our monthly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and more. After we had been in for four months those metrics vanished and were replaced with other metrics. We’ve obtained a leaderboard for our team members, which we did not use because we are looking for quality service rather than quantity and the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. Our decision was apparent at the moment: we needed to proceed.
We found 14 times history, 30 days History and history (for higher plans this is common), also here the price scaling was intriguing. All live chats we tried had this attribute, a few at higher price tagsothers combined with a badly implemented search feature, and so the background wasn’t accessible. Together with Crisp, the boundless history is already available with their original paid program, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, but also their hunt works astoundingly well.
How many contacts do we need?
We tried to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will chat with us?” – and that was incorrect – we made that mistake already once. We can’t limit on the contacts we create because we really want to earn contact with them all. Endless contacts was exactly what we were searching for (in a reasonable price label ). What we discovered were chats with 100 active contacts for $0/month that was quite nice, we climbed that up a little to 1,000 active contacts along with the price tag shifted from $0/m to ~$125/m or more (~$500/m). We have had that experience of cost scaling for most of the solutions. As we did the same contact metric test for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you do not scale by use – which is huge! They think the identical way we do at Storyblok, we do not want to restrict the consumer to the use of the system (eg. Content entries or contacts), we want to scale as their staff scales. So at Crisp you select a program and you can scale the amounts from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or more) with the same price tag.
Trigger events / messages
Automated triggers are used to Send a specific message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on the same site for over 30 seconds”. Those triggers are a fantastic method to help your viewers with queries they could have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, maybe something isn’t covered in the FAQ section. This part is available in most options we tested and largely available in the first paid plan.
Ability to send campaign messages
From time to time we send emails Using our live chat. We think it’s a good way to retarget our audience because we should have the ability to send pertinent content based on some metrics people live chats offer. To be honest, we’re not sending many mails, because we hate spam on the side. So we like to send certain emails to specific target groups and again: we really enjoy the execution in the Crisp client. It’s straightforward and fulfilled our needs at a reasonable price tag.
Number of agents
The agent chairs is kinda Interesting, it is something that you can control. You could choose one account for the entire team (which can be cheap with most solutions), or you could go for one chair for every team member. Since we want to have that personal approach to our customers the notion of using one accounts for the whole group was dropped immediately. We’ve started to compare the very first paid plan against the majority of the high tier plans to see the way the cost scales again. The greatest costs we found were approximately ~$155/m per chair where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a peek at Crisp again and found their greatest bundle has unlimited agents chairs included. Additionally, their free strategy allowed 2 agents, which was great for testing. Crisp Advertising
Everybody loves integrations. Integrations into Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats provide integrations into the key stations. We do not really utilize integrations that much, but the one we use the maximum is with Slack. Slack is the main communication tool in our company, we utilize it on a daily basis and added the majority of our tools already – so we concentrated on how they operate and function together with Slack. We tested some of these and most are actually working very well. We found one which has enormous delays when messaging from and to Slack which was a no-go for all of us. We reported that issue to these, but we don’t know whether they changed it since we left six months ago. With Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications arrived immediately and the whole setup was done in a couple of minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To communicate with your customers. From sales to customer service, Crisp is made to keep your workflow easy. From live chat to email, Crisp offers one channel to reply to your users using a simple team inbox where you can handle all your user inquiries.”
From our experience, Crisp actually Ships with all the attention on that chat experience for your clients. Which is precisely what we were looking for since we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you browse The last few things you saw that we contrasted the lower grade programs and feature with the highest tier programs, some are cheap at the start and be costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months now, and changed from a competition because of the expensive”end” and those attribute we didn’t need but might have to cover. We are glad to say that we believe we got the very best fit for us, maybe it will fit as nicely for you. We found the list of 8 facets above is all you need to find your best match.
We made contact with incredible great people (thank You!) And businesses all over the world. We could have had the exact same experience with other live discussions too, but the price combined with the attribute set Crisp does offer, we’d and do recommend it to all of clients that are searching for a live discussion . We’ve upgraded to the Crisp endless plan some time ago, and are glad we made that decision.
