I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: discounts!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it is very neat. There is the Inbox section, available from the program’s sidebar — there territory each of the incoming requests from your customers. A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that visitors could leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their site they are saying:”Chat is suitable for accompanying clients on the site, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing transactions.”
Additionally, it works when nobody Is available on discussion. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, so the client can get your responds right for their Facebook. In regards to you as a broker, Jivo will not make you change between the apps to reply. All messages from social networks appear directly in the JivoChat desktop or mobile program.

In terms of the Plan, The entire site looks very nice and I can even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing that confused me though: when I had been on the primary site I clicked on the chat window three days, before I realized that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody online chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who’re looking for a basic live chat option, it actually does come for a fair price.
