It’s a free tool to help You track and speak with clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To start a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I assume this is what prospective customers like best: reductions!

A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their website they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for delicately accompanying customers on the site, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, which means the customer can get your responds right for their Facebook. There’s 1 thing which confused me when I was on the main website, I clicked on the conversation window three days, before I realized that I want to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone online discussion!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For businesses who are looking for a standard live chat option, it truly does come for a fair price.
But do not take (only) my Word for this! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a larger solution or maybe it is going to be just perfect For you? I believe that they’re Excellent in what they offer, and I think They’ll be scaling and supplying other programs with a wider selection of attributes To meet their future clients. Drupal Chat
