It’s a free tool to help You track and talk to clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in actual time. To start a journey on this live chat instrument, all I have to do is to click on the sign up free button.

JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the one thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. You’ve just two plans: one is quite basic and the other one might be insufficient if you’re working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on your needs. E Chat Mobile
A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that people could leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they are saying:”Chat is convenient for delicately accompanying customers on the website, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You may easily get back in contact with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook.
