You have only two plans: one is quite basic and another one might be insufficient if you’re working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people can leave you their number and you can call them back at your first convenience. Concerning the design, The whole site looks very nice and that I may even say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing which confused me when I was on the primary site I clicked on the conversation window three times, before I understood I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always someone online discussion!
