Why choose Crisp? Engage Chat Software
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, why we changed, and the way it is possible to make the right decision for your business and startup as well. You will understand how to compare live talks and that metrics could be important for you also. Engage Chat Software
How was that selection made?
Taking a Look at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we found Crisp via Producthunt. After we’ve made a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat vendors, we defined the core attribute and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We’ve Used several other live chat before, which shifted their focus from a live chat to a”all in 1 business suite”. Their live chat still works, but metrics which are significant for us were removed. We’ve used those metrics for our monthly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and more. After we were in for four months those metrics vanished and were replaced by other metrics. We have got a leaderboard for our staff members, which we did not use because we are searching for quality support and not quantity as well as the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. So our decision was clear at that moment: we had to move on.
We found 14 times history, 30 days History and unlimited history (for higher plans this is common), here the cost scaling was interesting. All live talks we attempted had that feature, a few at higher price tagsothers combined with a poorly executed search feature, and so the history wasn’t available. With Crisp, the unlimited history is already available with their first paid program, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, also their search works exceptionally well.
How many connections do we want?
We tried to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will chat with us” – and that was wrong – we made that mistake already once. We can’t limit on the contacts we make because we actually want to earn contact with all of them. Unlimited contacts was what we were searching for (in an affordable price label ). What we found were discussions with 100 active contacts for $0/month that was quite nice, we climbed up that a little to 1,000 active contacts and the price tag switched from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We have had that experience of cost scaling for most of the solutions. As we did exactly the same contact metric evaluation for Crisp we watched something different:
So at Crisp, you do not scale by use – that is enormous! They believe the identical way we do at Storyblokwe do not want to limit the consumer to the use of this system (eg. Content entrances or contacts), we would like to scale as their team scales. So at Crisp you select a program and you can scale the amounts from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or much more ) with the same price tag.
Trigger events / messages
Automated triggers are Utilized to Send a particular message on predefined events, eg. “a guest is on precisely the same site for over 30 seconds”. Those causes are a good way to help your viewers with questions they may have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, possibly something isn’t covered in the FAQ section. This part is available in most solutions we tested and largely available in the first paid plan.
Ability to send campaign messages
From time to time we send mails Utilizing our live chat. We think that it’s a good way to retarget our viewers because we should be able to send relevant content based on some metrics people live talks provide. To be honest, we are not sending many mails, because we hate spam on our side. So we want to send certain emails to specific target groups and : we really like the execution in the Crisp customer. It’s simple and satisfied our needs at a reasonable price tag.
Amount of brokers
The broker seats is kinda Interesting, it’s something you can control. You could choose 1 account for the entire team (which is cheap with most solutions), or you might go for one seat for each team member. Since we want to get that personal approach to our customers the notion of using one account for the entire group was dropped immediately. We have started to compare the first paid program contrary to most of the high tier programs to see the way the cost scales again. The highest prices we discovered were about ~$155/m per chair where the range was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a peek at Crisp again and found that their greatest bundle has unlimited agents chairs included. Also, their free strategy allowed 2 agents, which was great for testing. Engage Chat Software
Everybody loves integrations. Integrations to Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations into the main stations. We don’t actually use integrations that much, but the one we use the maximum is using Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our business, we utilize it on a daily basis and included the majority of our resources – so we focused on how they operate and perform together with Slack. We analyzed some of these and most are actually working very well. We found one which has enormous delays when messaging from and also to Slack which was a no-go for us. We reported that difficulty to these, but we don’t know whether they changed it because we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications arrived immediately and the entire set-up was completed in a few minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To speak with your customers. From sales to customer service, Crisp is designed to maintain your workflow simple. From live chat to email, Crisp provides one station to answer to your users employing a very simple team inbox where you are able to manage all of your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp really Ships with all the attention on such chat experience for the clients. That is precisely what we were looking for as we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you browse The last few things you noticed that we contrasted the lower grade plans and attribute with the highest tier programs, some are cheap at the beginning and be expensive as you use them. After using Crisp for six months now, and switched from a competition because of the expensive”ending” and those feature we didn’t need but might have to pay for. We are pleased to state that we think we have the best fit for us, perhaps it will fit as well for you. We saw that the listing of 8 facets above is all you want to locate your best fit.
We made contact with incredible Fantastic people (thank You!) And companies all around the world. We could have had exactly the exact same experience with other live discussions as well, but the price combined with the attribute set Crisp does offer, we would and do recommend it to all of customers who are looking for a live chat themselves. We’ve updated to the Crisp endless plan a while ago, and are glad we made that choice.
