JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I figure, the one thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. Concerning the Plan, The whole site looks very nice and I can even say that UX does not lack in that section. There is one thing which confused me though: when I had been on the primary website, I clicked on the chat window three times, until I understood that I want to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I needed something, there was always someone on discussion!

JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its own job. For companies who are searching for a basic live chat option, it actually does come for a fair price.
