After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it’s very neat. JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I figure, the one thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. You have only two plans: one is quite basic and the other one might be insufficient if you’re working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience.
