JivoChat comes in a fair Price. I figure, the one thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. Concerning the design, The whole site looks very nice and that I may also say that UX does not lack in that section. There is 1 thing that confused me though: when I was on the main site , I clicked on the conversation window three times, until I understood that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The great news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody on discussion!

JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For businesses who’re looking for a basic live chat option, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
