It’s a free tool to help You track and talk to clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in actual time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I presume this is what potential customers like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it’s quite neat. There is the Inbox section, available in the app’s sidebar — there territory each of the incoming requests from your clients. JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I guess, the only thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have just two plans: one is very basic and another one might not be enough if you are working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Free Chat Box
A nice addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re stating:”Chat is convenient for delicately accompanying customers on the website, and instant callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can receive your responds right to their Facebook. In regards to you as an agent, Jivo will not make you change between the apps to reply. All messages out of social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or cellular app.

In terms of the Plan, The entire site looks very nice and that I can also say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s 1 thing which confused me when I was on the main website, I clicked on the conversation window three days, before I realized I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody online chat!
The conclusion of JivoChat
JivoChat is a good Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who are looking for a basic live chat option, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for it! Do Some Research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they are Excellent in what they offer, and I think They’ll be scaling and providing different programs with a larger range of attributes To meet their future customers. Free Chat Box
