JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. You have just two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one may be insufficient if you’re working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. A Wonderful addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that people could leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. In terms of the design, The whole site looks very nice and that I may even say that UX does not lack in that section. There is 1 thing which confused me though: when I had been on the main site , I clicked on the conversation window three days, until I understood I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That might have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody online discussion!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its job. For companies who are looking for a standard live chat option, it truly does come for a fair price.
But do not take (only) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a larger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you? I think that they’re Excellent in what they offer, and I believe They will be scaling and providing different programs with a wider selection of attributes To satisfy their future clients.
