It is a free tool to help You monitor and talk to customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most that in real time. To begin a journey on this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what potential clients like best: discounts!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop application and I must say that it’s very neat. JivoChat comes in a fair Price. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it’s not very scalable. A nice addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they are stating:”Chat is convenient for delicately accompanying clients on the site, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You can easily get back in contact with your possible leads later.
JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, so the customer can get your responds right for their Facebook. In regards to you as an agent, Jivo won’t force you to change between the apps to answer. All messages from social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop or mobile program.
Another of the Additions is the Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat support to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your customers are spending a lot of time browsing through your shop on mobile, they will definitely find it very convenient.

In terms of the Plan, The whole site looks really nice and I may also say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There is 1 thing that confused me when I was on the main site , I clicked on the conversation window three days, until I understood that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody on chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who are looking for a standard live chat solution, it truly does come for a fair price.
But don’t take (just ) my Word for this! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you? I believe that they’re Excellent in what they provide, and I believe They’ll be scaling and providing different programs using a larger range of attributes To meet their future clients.
