Why Select Crisp? Free Live Support
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, the reason we switched, and the way you can make the right decision for your company and startup as well. You may know how to compare live chats and which metrics could be significant for you also. Free Live Support
How was that selection made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature on the market, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we’ve made a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat vendors, we identified that the core attribute and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We have Used multiple other live chat before, which shifted their attention from a live chat to an”all in 1 company suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics that are significant for us were removed. We have used those metrics for our yearly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and more. After we were in for four weeks those metrics disappeared and were replaced with other metrics. We have got a leaderboard for our team members, which we did not use because we’re searching for quality service and not quantity and the pricing seems to outperform the advantage. Our decision was clear at that moment: we needed to move on.
We found 14 times history, 30 days History and history (for greater plans that this is common), here the price scaling was interesting. All live talks we tried had that feature, a few at higher price tags, others together with a poorly executed search feature, therefore the history was not accessible. Together with Crisp, the unlimited history is currently available with their first paid plan, and it not only ships with a fair price tag, also their hunt works exceptionally well.
How many contacts do we want?
We tried to answer that Question with another question”how many clients will talk with us?” – and that has been incorrect – we made that mistake already once. We can’t limit on the connections we create because we really want to earn contact with them all. Unlimited contacts was what we were looking for (in a reasonable price tag). What we found were discussions with 100 active contacts for $0/month that was quite pleasant, we scaled up that a bit to 1,000 active contacts along with the price tag switched from $0/m to ~$125/m or more (~$500/m). We’ve had that experience of cost scaling for the majority of the solutions. As we did exactly the Exact Same contact metric test for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you do not scale by usage – which is enormous! They think the identical way we do in Storyblok, we don’t want to restrict the user to the use of the machine (eg. Content entries or entries ), we want to scale as their staff scales. So at Crisp you select a program and you can scale the numbers from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or much more ) with the same price tag.
Trigger events / messages
Automated triggers are Utilized to Send a particular message on predefined events, eg. “a guest is on precisely the exact same website for over 30 seconds”. Those triggers are a fantastic way to help your viewers with questions they could have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions regarding our pricing, possibly something is not covered in the FAQ section. This part is available in all options we analyzed and largely available in the very first paid program.
Possibility to send campaign messages
From Time to Time we send mails Utilizing our live chat. We think that it’s a good way to retarget our viewers because we ought to have the ability to send relevant content based on some metrics those live chats provide. To be honest, we’re not sending many mails, because we also hate spam on our side. So we want to send specific mails to particular target groups and : we really like the implementation in the Crisp client. It’s simple and fulfilled our needs at a reasonable price tag.
Amount of agents
The broker seats is kinda Intriguing, it’s something you can control. You could choose one accounts for the whole team (which is cheap with most options ), or you could go for a single chair for each team member. Since we want to get this personal approach to our clients the idea of using one accounts for the whole team was dropped instantly. We have begun to compare the first paid program against the majority of the high tier programs to observe how the cost scales . The highest costs we found were about ~$155/m per chair where the range was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a look at Crisp again and found their greatest bundle has unlimited agents chairs included. Also, their free plan permitted 2 representatives, which was great for testing. Free Live Support
Everybody loves integrations. Integrations into Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations to the key stations. We don’t really utilize integrations that much, but the one we use the most is with Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our company, we use it on a daily basis and added most of our resources – so we concentrated on how they operate and perform with Slack. We analyzed some of them and most are actually working quite well. We found one that has huge delays when messaging from and also to Slack which was a no-go for all of us. We reported that difficulty to these, but we do not know if they changed it because we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked immediately, notifications came immediately and the entire setup was done in a few minutes.
What is Crisp?
“Crisp is the simplest way To communicate with your customers. From sales to client service, Crisp is designed to maintain your workflow easy. From live chat to email, Crisp offers one station to reply to your users using a very simple team inbox where you can manage all your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp actually Ships with the attention on that chat experience for your clients. Which is exactly what we were searching for as we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you read The last few things you saw that we contrasted the lower tier programs and attribute together with the maximum tier plans, some are economical at the beginning and be costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months today, and changed from a competition because of that expensive”ending” and those attribute we didn’t need but would have to pay for. We’re glad to state we believe we got the very best fit for us, maybe it will fit as well for you. We found that the listing of 8 facets above is all you need to locate your best match.
We made contact with unbelievable Fantastic people (thank You!) And companies all around the world. We might have had exactly the exact same experience with other live chats too, but the price tag combined with the attribute set Crisp does provide, we’d and already do recommend it to all clients that are searching for a live discussion . We’ve updated to the Crisp unlimited plan some time ago, and are glad we made that choice.
