In terms of the design, The whole website looks very nice and I may also say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s one thing that confused me though: when I was on the primary website, I clicked on the chat window three times, until I realized I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody on discussion!

JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its own job. For companies who’re searching for a standard live chat solution, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
