You have just two strategies: one is very basic and the other one may be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors could leave you their amount and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. Concerning the design, The whole site looks really nice and that I may also say that UX does not lack in that department. There is one thing which confused me when I was on the primary website, I clicked on the chat window three days, until I realized that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its own job. For companies who are searching for a standard live chat option, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
