It is a free tool to help You monitor and speak with clients visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in real time. To start a journey with this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I assume this is what prospective clients like best: discounts!

JivoChat comes at a fair Cost. I guess, the one thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You’ve just two plans: one is quite basic and the other one may be insufficient if you are working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. Google Live Chat
A Wonderful addition that they Provide is what they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for accompanying customers on the site, and immediate callbacks are ideal for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads afterwards.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, so the client can get your responds right for their Facebook. Concerning the design, The whole website looks very nice and that I may even say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There is 1 thing that confused me when I was on the primary websiteI clicked on the conversation window three times, before I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody online discussion!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who’re looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly does come for a reasonable price.
