You’ve only two plans: one is very basic and another one may not be enough if you’re working with partnerships businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. Concerning the Plan, The whole site looks really nice and that I can also say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There is one thing that confused me though: when I had been on the main websiteI clicked on the conversation window three times, before I realized that I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone on chat!
