Why choose Crisp? Help Chat

How was that selection made?
Taking a Look at the market leaders With live chat feature on the market, we also found Crisp through Producthunt. After we’ve made a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat sellers, we defined the core feature and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We have Used several other live chat earlier, which shifted their attention from a live conversation to a”all in one business suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics which are important for us were removed. We have used those metrics for our monthly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and much more. After we were in for four weeks those metrics disappeared and were replaced with other metrics. We’ve obtained a leaderboard for our staff members, which we didn’t use because we are looking for quality support rather than quantity and the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. So our choice was apparent at that moment: we needed to proceed.
We found 14 days history, 30 days History and history (for greater plans this is common), here the price scaling was interesting. All live chats we tried had that feature, some at higher price tags, others combined with a poorly implemented search feature, therefore the history wasn’t available. With Crisp, the boundless history is currently available with their original paid program, and it not only ships with a fair price tag, also their search works astoundingly well.
How many contacts do we want?
First, we attempted to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will talk with us?” – and that has been wrong – we made that mistake already once. We can’t limit on the connections we make because we really want to make contact with all of them. Unlimited contacts was what we were looking for (at a reasonable price tag). What we found were chats with 100 active contacts for $0/month that was quite pleasant, we climbed that up a bit to 1,000 active contacts and the price tag switched from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We have had that experience of price scaling for most of the solutions. As we did exactly the Exact Same contact metric evaluation for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you don’t scale by use – which is enormous! They believe the same way we do in Storyblokwe don’t want to restrict the user to the usage of this system (eg. Content entrances or entries ), we would like to scale because their team scales. So at Crisp you choose a plan and you can scale the numbers from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or more) with the same price tag.
Trigger events / communications
Automated triggers are used to Send a specific message on predefined events, eg. “a guest is on the exact same site for over 30 seconds”. Those causes are a fantastic method to help your viewers with queries they may have. We use it on our pricing page since from time to time there are open questions regarding our pricing, possibly something isn’t covered in the FAQ section. This part is available in all options we tested and mainly available in the very first paid program.
Ability to send campaign messages
From Time to Time we send emails Utilizing our live chat. We think it’s a good way to retarget our audience because we ought to have the ability to send relevant content based on some metrics those live talks offer. To be honest, we’re not sending many mails, because we hate spam on our side. So we want to send certain emails to specific target groups and : we really enjoy the implementation in the Crisp client. It is straightforward and satisfied our needs at a sensible price tag.
Amount of brokers
The broker seats is kinda Interesting, it is something you can control. You could choose 1 account for the entire team (which is cheap with the majority of options ), or you might go for one seat for every team member. Since we want to get that personal approach to our clients the notion of using one accounts for the whole group was dropped instantly. We have started to compare the very first paid plan contrary to most of the high tier plans to observe the way the cost scales . The greatest prices we found were approximately ~$155/m per chair where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to that. We had a peek at Crisp again and found their greatest bundle has unlimited agents seats included. Additionally, their free plan allowed 2 representatives, which was excellent for analyzing. Help Chat
Everybody loves integrations. Integrations into Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats provide integrations to the key channels. We don’t really use integrations that much, but the one we use the most is using Slack. Slack is the main communication tool in our company, we utilize it on a daily basis and included most of our resources already – so we concentrated on how they operate and perform with Slack. We analyzed some of them and many are actually working quite well. We found one which has enormous delays when messaging from and to Slack that was a no-go for us. We reported that issue to these, but we do not know whether they changed it since we left six months ago. With Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications arrived immediately and the entire setup was completed in a couple of minutes.

This one is tricky. If you read The past few points you saw that we contrasted the lower tier programs and feature together with the maximum tier plans, some are economical at the start and be costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months today, and switched from a competitor because of the pricey”ending” and those attribute we didn’t need but might need to cover. We’re pleased to say that we believe we got the best fit for us, perhaps it will fit as well for you. We saw that the list of 8 aspects above is all you want to find your best match.
We made contact with unbelievable Fantastic people (thank You!) And businesses all over the globe. We could have had exactly the exact same experience with other live discussions as well, but the price tag combined with the attribute set Crisp does offer, we’d and already do recommend it to all of clients who are looking for a live chat themselves.
