Why Select Crisp? Im Cu
In this article I’ll cover our Expertise with Crisp, the reason we switched, and how it is possible to make the right choice for your business and startup as well. You may understand how to compare live talks and that metrics could be important for you also. Im Cu
How was that choice made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we found Crisp through Producthunt. After we’ve created a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat sellers, we defined the core attribute and metrics we were searching for.
What did we use before?
We have Used several other live chat before, which somehow shifted their focus from a live conversation to a”all in one business suite”. Their live chat still works, but metrics which are significant for us were eliminated. We’ve used those metrics for our monthly reports, and customer overviews, growth rates and more. After we had been in for four weeks those metrics disappeared and were replaced with other metrics. We have got a leaderboard for our team members, which we did not use because we are looking for quality support and not quantity and the pricing appears to outperform the advantage. So our choice was clear at the moment: we needed to proceed.
We found 14 days history, 30 days History and history (for higher plans that this is common), also here the cost scaling was interesting. All live talks we attempted had this attribute, some at higher price tags, others together with a poorly implemented search feature, and so the history wasn’t available. With Crisp, the boundless history is currently available with their original paid program, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, also their hunt works astoundingly well.
How many contacts do we need?
First, we tried to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will talk with us” – and that was wrong – we made that mistake already once. We can’t limit on the connections we make because we really want to make contact with all of them. Endless contacts was exactly what we were searching for (at a reasonable price label ). What we discovered were chats with 100 active contacts for $0/month that was quite pleasant, we climbed up that a bit to 1,000 active contacts along with the price tag switched from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We have had that experience of cost scaling for most of the solutions. As we did exactly the same contact metric evaluation for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you don’t scale by use – that is huge! They believe the same way we do in Storyblokwe don’t want to restrict the user to the usage of the system (eg. Content entries or contacts), we would like to scale as their team scales. So at Crisp you choose a plan and you may scale the amounts from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or much more ) with exactly the same price tag.
Trigger events / communications
Automated triggers are used to Send a specific message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on the exact same website for over 30 seconds”. Those triggers are a fantastic way to help your audience with queries they could have. We use it on our pricing page because from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, possibly something isn’t covered in the FAQ section. This component is available in all options we analyzed and largely available in the first paid program.
Ability to send campaign messages
From Time to Time we send emails Using our live chat. We think that it’s a fantastic way to retarget our viewers because we should be able to send relevant content according to some metrics those live chats provide. To be honest, we’re not sending many mails, because we hate spam on our side. Therefore we want to send certain mails to particular target groups and : we really like the implementation in the Crisp client. It’s simple and satisfied our needs at a sensible price tag.
Amount of agents
The agent seats is kinda Intriguing, it is something you can control. You could choose 1 account for the whole team (which can be cheap with most options ), or you might go for a single seat for each team member. Since we like to get this personal approach to our clients the notion of using one account for the whole team was dropped immediately. We have started to compare the first paid plan against the majority of the high tier plans to observe how the price scales again. The highest costs we discovered were about ~$155/m per seat where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to this. We had a peek at Crisp again and saw that their greatest package has unlimited agents chairs included. Also, their free strategy allowed 2 representatives, which was excellent for analyzing. Im Cu
Everybody loves integrations. Integrations to Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats provide integrations into the main stations. We don’t actually use integrations that much, but the one we use the most is using Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our company, we use it on a daily basis and included most of our tools already – so we concentrated on how they work and perform with Slack. We analyzed some of them and many are actually working very well. We found one which has enormous delays when messaging from and to Slack that was a no-go for all of us. We reported that difficulty to these, but we do not know whether they changed it because we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications came immediately and the entire setup was completed in a couple of minutes.
What is Crisp?
“Crisp is the simplest way To communicate with your clients. From sales to client support, Crisp is made to maintain your workflow easy. From live chat to email, Crisp offers a single channel to reply to your users using a simple team inbox where you can manage all of your user inquiries.”
From our experience, Crisp actually Ships with the attention on such chat experience for the clients. That is exactly what we were searching for since we evaluated other alternatives.
This one is tricky. If you browse The last few points you saw that we contrasted the lower grade plans and feature together with the maximum tier plans, some are cheap at the start and be costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months now, and changed from a competitor because of the expensive”ending” and those attribute we did not need but might have to pay for. We are pleased to state we believe we got the very best fit for us, maybe it will fit as nicely for you. We saw the list of 8 facets above is all you need to find your best match.
We made contact with incredible Fantastic people (thank You!) And businesses all around the world. We might have had exactly the exact same experience with other live discussions as well, but the price tag combined with the feature set Crisp does provide, we’d and already do recommend it to all customers that are looking for a live chat themselves. We have updated to the Crisp unlimited plan a while ago, and are glad that we made that decision.
