Why Select Crisp? Is My Site Slow
In this article I’ll cover our Experience with Crisp, why we changed, and the way you can make the right choice for your business and startup as well. You may know how to compare live chats and which metrics might be significant for you too. Is My Site Slow
How was that selection made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we also found Crisp via Producthunt. After we have created a Spreadsheet with numerous live chat vendors, we defined the core attribute and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We have Used several other live chat earlier, which shifted their attention from a live chat to an”all in 1 business suite”. Their live chat still works, but metrics that are significant for us were eliminated. We have used those metrics for our yearly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and much more. After we were in for four months those metrics vanished and were replaced by other metrics. We have obtained a leaderboard for our staff members, which we did not use because we are searching for quality support and not quantity as well as the pricing seems to outperform the benefit. Our decision was apparent at the moment: we had to move on.
We found 14 days background, 30 days History and history (for greater plans that this is common), also here the cost scaling was intriguing. All live chats we tried had this attribute, a few at higher price tagsothers combined with a poorly implemented search feature, therefore the history was not available. With Crisp, the unlimited history is currently available with their original paid program, and it not only ships with a reasonable price tag, also their hunt works astoundingly well.
How many connections do we need?
First, we tried to answer that Question with another question”how many customers will chat with us?” – and that has been wrong – we made that mistake once. We can not restrict on the connections we make because we really want to make contact with all of them. Endless contacts was what we were looking for (in an affordable price tag). What we found were chats with 100 active contacts for $0/month which was quite nice, we climbed that up a bit to 1,000 active contacts and the price tag shifted from $0/m to ~$125/m or even more (~$500/m). We have had that experience of cost scaling for most of the solutions. As we did exactly the same contact metric evaluation for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you don’t scale by use – that is enormous! They believe the identical way we do at Storyblok, we do not wish to restrict the user to the use of the system (eg. Content entries or entries ), we want to scale because their staff scales. So at Crisp you select a program and you can scale the numbers from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or more) with the same price tag.
Trigger events / communications
Automated triggers are used to Send a specific message on predefined events, eg. “a visitor is on precisely the same site for more than 30 seconds”. Those causes are a good way to help your audience with questions they could have. We use it on our pricing page because from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, possibly something is not covered in the FAQ section. This component is available in most solutions we analyzed and largely available in the very first paid plan.
Ability to send campaign emails
From Time to Time we send mails Utilizing our live chat. We think it’s a fantastic way to retarget our audience because we ought to be able to send pertinent content according to some metrics those live talks provide. To be honest, we are not sending many emails, because we also hate spam on the side. Therefore we like to send certain mails to specific target groups and again: we really enjoy the implementation in the Crisp customer. It’s simple and satisfied our needs at a reasonable price tag.
Number of brokers
The broker seats is kinda Interesting, it’s something that you can control. You could choose one account for the entire team (which is cheap with most solutions), or you might go for one chair for every team member. Since we like to have this personal approach to our customers the notion of using one account for the whole group was dropped instantly. We’ve started to compare the very first paid program against the majority of the high tier plans to see how the cost scales again. The greatest costs we found were about ~$155/m per chair where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to that. We had a peek at Crisp again and found their greatest bundle has unlimited agents seats included. Also, their free strategy allowed 2 agents, which was great for analyzing. Is My Site Slow
Everybody enjoys integrations. Integrations to Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats offer integrations into the main stations. We do not really utilize integrations that much, but the one we use the maximum is using Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our business, we use it on a daily basis and included most of our tools already – so we focused on how they work and perform together with Slack. We analyzed some of these and many are actually working quite well. We found one which has huge delays when messaging from and also to Slack which was a no-go for all of us. We reported that issue to these, but we do not know if they changed it since we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications came immediately and the entire set-up was completed in a couple of minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To speak with your customers. From sales to customer support, Crisp is made to maintain your workflow simple. From live chat to email, Crisp provides one channel to reply to your users using a very simple team inbox where you can manage all of your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp actually Ships with all the attention on such chat experience for the clients. That is exactly what we were searching for as we evaluated other solutions.
This one is tricky. If you read The past few things you saw that we compared the lower tier programs and attribute with the highest tier programs, some are cheap at the start and be costly as you use them. After using Crisp for six months now, and switched from a competitor because of that expensive”ending” and those attribute we didn’t need but would need to cover. We’re glad to state we think we got the best match for us, maybe it will fit as well for you. We saw that the listing of 8 facets above is all you want to locate your own best fit.
We made contact with incredible Fantastic people (thank You!) And companies all around the world. We could have had exactly the same experience with other live discussions as well, but the price combined with the attribute set Crisp does offer, we’d and do recommend it to all customers that are looking for a live chat . We’ve upgraded to the Crisp endless plan a while ago, and are glad that we made that decision.
