Why choose Crisp? It Support Live Chat
In this article I’ll cover our Expertise with Crisp, why we changed, and the way you can make the perfect decision for your business and startup as well. You will understand how to compare live talks and that metrics could be important for you also. It Support Live Chat
How was that selection made?
Looking at the market leaders With live chat feature out there, we also found Crisp through Producthunt. After we have created a Spreadsheet with multiple live chat sellers, we identified that the core feature and metrics we were looking for.
What did we use before?
We’ve Used multiple other live chat earlier, which shifted their attention from a live chat to a”all in one company suite”. Their live chat still functions, but metrics that are significant for us were eliminated. We’ve used those metrics for our yearly reports, and client overviews, growth rates and much more. After we were in for four months those metrics disappeared and were replaced with other metrics. We have obtained a leaderboard for our team members, which we did not use because we’re searching for quality service and not quantity as well as the pricing seems to outperform the benefit. Our decision was clear at the moment: we had to proceed.
We found 14 times background, 30 days History and unlimited history (for higher plans this is common), also here the price scaling was intriguing. All live talks we attempted had this feature, some at higher price tags, others together with a poorly implemented search feature, therefore the background was not available. Together with Crisp, the unlimited history is already available with their first paid program, and it not only ships with a fair price tag, also their hunt works astoundingly well.
How many connections do we need?
We tried to answer that Question with another question”how many clients will talk with us?” – and that has been wrong – we made that mistake once. We can’t restrict on the connections we make because we actually want to make contact with them all. Unlimited contacts was exactly what we were searching for (in a reasonable price tag). What we discovered were chats with 100 active contacts for $0/month that was quite pleasant, we climbed that up a bit to 1,000 active contacts along with the price tag shifted from $0/m to ~$125/m or more (~$500/m). We’ve had that experience of cost scaling for the majority of the solutions. As we did the same contact metric evaluation for Crisp we saw something different:
So at Crisp, you don’t scale by usage – that is enormous! They believe the same way we do in Storyblokwe do not wish to restrict the consumer to the usage of the machine (eg. Content entries or contacts), we would like to scale as their team scales. So at Crisp you select a plan and you may scale the numbers from 10 to 10.000 contacts (or more) with exactly the exact same price tag.
Trigger events / communications
Automated triggers are used to Send a specific message on predefined events, eg. “a guest is on precisely the same website for over 30 seconds”. Those triggers are a fantastic method to help your audience with questions they could have. We use it on our pricing page because from time to time there are open questions about our pricing, possibly something isn’t covered in the FAQ section. This part can be found in all options we tested and largely available in the first paid program.
Ability to send campaign messages
From Time to Time we send mails Using our live chat. We think it’s a good way to retarget our audience because we should be able to send pertinent content according to some metrics people live talks offer. To be honest, we are not sending many emails, because we also hate spam on the side. Therefore we want to send specific emails to particular target groups and again: we really like the execution in the Crisp customer. It is simple and satisfied our needs at a sensible price tag.
Number of agents
The agent chairs is kinda Interesting, it’s something that you can control. You could choose 1 account for the entire group (which can be cheap with most solutions), or you might go for one seat for every team member. Since we like to have that personal approach to our customers the idea of using one account for the whole group was dropped instantly. We have begun to compare the very first paid plan contrary to the majority of the high tier programs to see how the price scales again. The highest prices we found were about ~$155/m per seat where the scope was somewhere from $15/m to that. We had a look at Crisp again and saw their greatest package has unlimited agents chairs included. Also, their free plan permitted 2 agents, which was great for testing. It Support Live Chat
Everybody loves integrations. Integrations into Slack, Telegram, Zendesk, Bitbucket, or Jira – you name it. Most live chats provide integrations into the key stations. We don’t actually use integrations that much, but the one we use the most is using Slack. Slack is the principal communication tool in our business, we use it on a daily basis and added most of our resources – so we focused on how they operate and function together with Slack. We analyzed some of these and many are actually working quite well. We found one that has huge delays when messaging from and also to Slack which was a no-go for us. We reported that issue to these, but we don’t know if they changed it since we left six months ago. Together with Crisp the integration worked instantly, notifications came immediately and the whole set-up was done in a few minutes.
“Crisp is the simplest way To communicate with your clients. From sales to client support, Crisp is made to maintain your workflow easy. From live chat to email, Crisp provides a single channel to reply to your users using a very simple team inbox where you are able to manage all your user queries.”
From our experience, Crisp really Ships with all the attention on such chat experience for the clients. That is exactly what we were searching for as we evaluated other alternatives.
This one is tricky. If you browse The last few things you noticed that we compared the lower grade programs and feature with the maximum tier plans, some are cheap at the beginning and become expensive as you use them. After using Crisp for six months today, and changed from a competitor because of that expensive”ending” and those feature we didn’t need but might have to cover. We are glad to say we believe we have the very best match for us, maybe it will fit as nicely for you. We found that the listing of 8 aspects above is all you need to find your own best match.
We made contact with unbelievable great people (thank You!) And businesses all around the world. We might have had the exact same experience with other live discussions as well, but the price combined with the attribute set Crisp does offer, we’d and already do recommend it to all of clients that are looking for a live discussion themselves. We have upgraded to the Crisp unlimited plan some time ago, and are glad we made that choice.
