It is a free tool to help You monitor and talk to clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in actual time. To start a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what prospective clients like best: reductions!

After I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I have to say that it’s quite neat. There is the Inbox part, available in the app’s sidebar — there land each the incoming requests from your customers. JivoChat comes at a fair Price. I figure, the one thing that’s missing is that it’s not very scalable. You’ve only two plans: one is quite basic and another one may not be enough if you are working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. Jive Live Chat
A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors can leave you their amount and you can call them back at your earliest convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is convenient for delicately accompanying customers on the site, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing transactions.”
It also works when nobody Is available on discussion. You may easily get back in touch with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is integrated Using Facebook Messenger, so the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo won’t make you change between the programs to reply. All messages out of social networks appear directly in the JivoChat desktop and/or mobile app.

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For companies who’re looking for a basic live chat option, it actually does come for a fair price.
But do not take (just ) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Maybe you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or perhaps it’ll be just perfect For you?
