It’s a free tool to help You monitor and speak with customers visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all of that in real time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign up free button.
I was asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what prospective clients like best: discounts!

A Wonderful addition that they Offer is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people can leave you their number and you can call them back at your first convenience. On their site they’re saying:”Chat is convenient for accompanying clients on the website, and instant callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available on discussion. You may easily get back in contact with your potential leads later.
JivoChats is incorporated Using Facebook Messenger, so the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. In regards to you as an agent, Jivo will not force you to switch between the programs to answer. All messages out of social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop or mobile app.

JivoChat do not have a great deal Of integrations yet but they have been on the industry only for 4 decades — and this matter takes time and resources.
They provide basic Integrations for both medium and small companies. For instance: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Lately, they have Integrated with Shopify, which is a great news for all e-commerce businesses. It only proves JivoChat keeps growing and, what’s more, their growth is dictated by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Important devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Internet browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more fulfilled, they also supply reports that monitor the level of your customer service.
Concerning the Plan, The whole site looks really nice and that I may also say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s 1 thing that confused me though: when I was on the primary websiteI clicked on the conversation window three days, until I understood that I need to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that whenever I needed something, there was always somebody online chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its job. For businesses who’re looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly will come for a fair price.
