Concerning the Plan, The whole website looks really nice and that I can also say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s one thing that confused me when I was on the main site , I clicked on the chat window three times, before I realized I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody online discussion!
