It is a free tool to help You monitor and speak with customers visiting your site, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — most of that in actual time. To begin a journey on this live chat tool, all I must do is to click on the sign button.

JivoChat comes in a fair Cost. I figure, the only thing that’s missing is that it is not very scalable. A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback attribute. What it does is that people could leave you their amount and you can call them back at your first convenience. It also works when nobody Is available online discussion. You may easily get back in touch with your potential leads afterwards.

Concerning the design, The entire website looks very nice and that I may even say that UX does not lack in that section. There’s 1 thing that confused me though: when I was on the primary site I clicked on the chat window three days, until I understood that I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The great news is that if I wanted something, there was always somebody on chat!

JivoChat is a great Looking alternative that does its own job. For companies who’re searching for a standard live chat solution, it actually does come for a reasonable price.
