Let’s Begin with JivoChat’s home page. As a big fan of green and all that’s connected to nature, a leaf above their logo and green background instantly made me feel calm. Well played, JivoChat! Jivochat Google Analytics

It’s a free tool to help You monitor and talk to clients visiting your Website, Facebook, Telegram, and Viber — all that in real time. To start a journey on this live chat instrument, all I must do is to click on the sign button.
I had been asked about my Email, password and also a Promo code. I didn’t have some, but I presume this is what potential clients like best: reductions!

Once I signed up, I Installed the desktop program and I must say that it is very neat. JivoChat comes in a fair Price. I figure, the only thing that is missing is that it is not very scalable. You have only two plans: one is quite basic and another one may not be enough if you’re working with enterprises businesses. However, as always, it all depends on what you require. A nice addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback attribute. What it really does is that people could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. On their website they’re stating:”Chat is suitable for delicately accompanying clients on the site, and immediate callbacks are perfect for actively completing trades”
It also works when nobody Is available on discussion. You can easily get back in contact with your possible leads afterwards.
JivoChats is incorporated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can get your responds right to their Facebook. When it comes to you as a broker, Jivo won’t force you to switch between the programs to answer. All messages out of social networks look directly in the JivoChat desktop or mobile program.
Another of their Additions is the Mobile SDK, which allows you to add live chat service to your own Android and iOS native programs. If your customers are spending a lot of time browsing through your store on cellular, they will surely find it very convenient.

JivoChat don’t have a lot Of integrations yet but they’ve been on the industry only for 4 decades — and this thing takes time and resources.
They offer basic Integrations for both medium and small businesses. For instance: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, PrestaShop and Google Analytics.
Recently, they have Integrated with Shopify, which is a fantastic news for all e-commerce companies. It only proves JivoChat keeps evolving and, what’s more, their growth is dictated by their customers’ demand.
JivoChat works across all Major apparatus: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It’s translated into 20 languages and to keep their clients even more satisfied, they also supply reports that track the quality of your customer services.
In terms of the design, The whole website looks very nice and I can even say that UX does not lack in that section. There is one thing that confused me when I had been on the main website, I clicked on the chat window three days, until I understood I want to click exactly on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That could have been done smoother. The excellent news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always someone online chat!

JivoChat is a good Looking solution that does its own job. For businesses who are searching for a basic live chat solution, it truly will come for a fair price.
