I was asked about my Email, password and a Promo code. I didn’t have any, but I assume this is what prospective clients like best: discounts!

You’ve only two strategies: one is very basic and the other one may not be enough if you are working with enterprises businesses. But, as always, it all depends on what you require. A Wonderful addition that they Offer is what they call a Callback feature. What it does is that visitors could leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your first convenience. JivoChats is integrated With Facebook Messenger, which means the client can get your responds right to their Facebook.
