You have only two strategies: one is quite basic and the other one might be insufficient if you’re working with partnerships businesses. But, as always, it all depends on your needs. JivoChat works across all Major devices: Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and Web browsers. It is translated into 20 languages and to keep their customers even more fulfilled, they also offer reports that track the level of your customer services.
In terms of the Plan, The whole site looks very nice and that I may also say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There’s 1 thing that confused me when I was on the main site , I clicked on the conversation window three days, before I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We are online!” prompt. That could have been done simpler. The excellent news is that if I wanted something, there was always someone online chat!
The verdict of JivoChat
JivoChat is a great Looking solution that does its own job. For companies who are looking for a basic live chat solution, it truly will come for a reasonable price.
But do not take (just ) my Word for it! Do a little research, try it out and see if it works for you — Perhaps you’re in the market to get a bigger solution or maybe it’ll be just perfect For you?
