A nice addition that they Provide is that which they call a Callback feature. What it really does is that visitors can leave you their number and you’ll be able to call them back at your earliest convenience. It also works when nobody Is available online chat. You can easily get back in touch with your possible leads afterwards.

In terms of the design, The whole website looks very nice and I may also say that UX doesn’t lack in that department. There’s one thing which confused me though: when I was on the primary site , I clicked on the chat window three days, before I understood I need to click just on”Chat with us. We’re online!” prompt. That might have been done smoother. The great news is that whenever I wanted something, there was always somebody online discussion!
